Bottlecaps

A collection of crown caps I've gathered. Continuously updated, I hope.

Alfa

Angry Orchard

Barritts

I used to drink a lot of ginger beer when I was younger, but I don't have much taste for it anymore.

Blitz-Weinhard Brewing Co.

I had no idea hard soda was a thing until I saw this. A little too much alcohol for what they were probably going for.

Bold Rock

From watermelon-flavored hard cider.

Boylan Bottling Co.

I like this one a lot, good design and contrast between black and white.

Cheerwine

CHERRY

Cheerwine Zero Sugar

Coca-Cola

Not much needs to be said.

Coca-Cola California Raspberry

The text on this is a lot more plain than you'd expect. These were in a convenience store I used to frequent, years ago.

Coca-Cola Georgia Peach

I bought more of this one than the raspberry. As far as I know, they only ever made these two flavors.

Crabbie's Ginger Beer

Alcoholic ginger beer. I tried some of this, and you can't even taste the alcohol; it just tastes like regular ginger beer. That's not a bad thing.

DG

Some very strong Jamaican ginger beer.

Dos Equis

Fever-Tree

Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Beer

I find this one somewhat overdesigned, to be honest. The soda itself resembles cement in taste. It does smell like butterscotch though.

A couple of packs of this at the store had Virgil's caps instead. I assume the two are bottled in the same place, since they're both made by Reed's.

Goya Refresco

Apparently they make other things besides beans. I don't have much brand knowledge.

IBC Cream Soda

Recently, I found some IBC sodas sold at a bookstore of all places. It was good to see.

IZZE

One of these was the first bottlecap I ever collected. Solid white without the modern silver rim.

IZZE

Is the rim painted silver, or simply bare metal? It screams, for it does not know.

Jarritos

Slightly different design, more rounded.

Johnnie Ryan

Some soda flavors from this brand have plain caps instead of printed ones.

Killian's Irish Red

Not the type of drink that's really for me, but well made. The cap itself is beautiful, although the printing is slightly off-center on this one.

Leinenkugel's Juicy Peach

Odd taste but definitely smells like peaches.

Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy

Magners

Cider is one of the few alcoholic drinks I genuinely enjoy.

McKenzie's

This one was a fruit-flavored cider that I figured would be a bit gross, but was pleasantly surprised by.

Mike's

Reed's

The old Reed's cap is... not the most visually appealing, but it has charm.

Reed's Zero

Color-reversed from the modern regular one.

Saranac

I used to drink a ton of this.

Saranac

This newer cap is simpler, but I feel it's an improvement.

Seagram's Escapes

Really couldn't taste the alcohol in it without focusing on it. Kind of made me wonder why it's alcoholic at all.

Sidral Mundet

Actually one of my favorite sodas, but kind of hard to find around here.

Sierra Nevada

I actually don't remember anything about this one.

Southern Tier Brewing Co.

Stella Artois

Stewart's

Cream soda. Good.

Topo Chico

I had to buy a bottle of this, solely to see what kind of sparkling water was so good that it justified putting it in a glass bottle with a cap that required a bottle opener. It was pretty good water, but I'm still not convinced.

The cap is nice though, so I'm glad they did it nonetheless.

Victory

A dark blue color, instead of the modern sky blue.

Virgil's

Good soda, but every time I drink it, Bury The Light starts blasting in my head.

Yuengling

This cap came off a bottle of Yuengling Hershey's Chocolate Porter, probably the most Pennsylvanian drink ever made.
